Refund policy

If Pro isn't right for you, you can have your money back. Here is how it works.

The policy

• First payment: a full refund within 14 days, monthly or yearly, no questions asked.
• Yearly renewals: a full refund within 7 days of the renewal charge, if you forgot to cancel.
• Monthly renewals: not refunded, but you can cancel at any time and Pro stays on until the end of the month you've paid for.
• If something we promised doesn't work and we can't fix it, write to us and we'll refund you, whatever the timing.
• Nothing here limits refunds the law in your country gives you.

How to ask

Email [email protected] from the address you bought with, or reply to your receipt, and include your order number if you have it. You can also ask through Dodo Payments, our merchant of record, from the link in your receipt.

What happens next

• Dodo Payments returns the money to the card or account you paid with, normally within 5–10 working days of approval, depending on your bank.
• The licence key is turned off, and the app goes back to the free features on its next check. Every sport and score stays free.

Cancelling

Cancelling stops future renewals; it isn't a refund. Use the link in your receipt email or Dodo's customer portal. Pro carries on until the end of the period you've paid for.

Before buying in the EU or UK: Pro is digital content that starts as soon as you activate your key. You agree that it starts straight away, which ends the 14-day right of withdrawal from that moment; the refund window above still applies.
